Medical ID Bracelets?

I'm thinking about switching from a "dog-tag" style medical id to a more traditional wrist bracelet form.

My dog tag version has 4 lines and I used all four this way

Line 1 - My Name (first name 5 letters, last name 8 letters)

Line 2 - Type 1 Diabetic (not sure if it makes more sense to put Diabetic or Diabetes there)

Line 3 - Insulin Dependent (not every one knows that some diabetics are only aided by insulin and some don't need it)

Line 4 - No Known Allergies (Knowing that would mean that a medical professional could use whatever medicine they found appropriate and most effective)

The problem I run into is that the wrist ID that I'm thinking about ordering only allows 3 lines and I don't think I could break up the other line so it fit normally on the other 3 available with the number of spaces they allow (20 per line)

So, my basic question is this...which line makes the most sense to cut?

I would say if you had to cut one out it would be the No Known Allergies. The fact that you are an insulin dependent diabetic is the more critical information. If you did have allergies then I would say find a way to put that on there.

If you were given a medication that they were unsure about, you would be monitored very closely for any type of reaction. Hopefully this helps :)

    DEFINATELY the no known allergies.

because the other 3 are important to know, however line 3 could also be omitted

the treatment for insulin shock, and diabetic coma are besically the same

do not cut out any of it. or cut out the allergies if you have none. Also people are now tattooing this Information on their wrists.
