You can use VLC Player to play the MPEG-4 Media Files. But YouTube videos are found in the Flash Video format. So it's a mystery how you found these Videos in the MPEG-4 Format!

Well, "File" is not any File Format. I think Part 3 may have been Corrupted. Try downloading it again to see whether you get a video with a specific File Format.
