Receptions: 501
Receiving Yards: 8,685
Touchdowns: 67

Seriously? Lynn Swann is in the hall of fame with fewer yards, receptions, and TDs.
@ Steven G: what does which college a player went to or what they did after leaving the game have to do with their HOF credentials?
@ footballdude: "The fact that you had to remind us of his stats means that you assume he is bad" - Is this supposed to make sense or were you just rambling? I'll just assume that you have no idea who Cliff Branch is and disregard your ridiculous answer.

He should be, but the NFL Hall of Fame is funny about wide receivers. Swann didn't get in until his 14th year of eligibilty. Charlie Joiner, James Lofton and Art Monk all had to wait too, and Cris Carter, number 2 all-time, STILL isn't in. Hopefully the voters will remember Branch while he's still young enough to walk to the podium.

Lynn Swann went to USC which has the most players in the pro football hall of fame he was a bigger name first round pick, first WR to win a superbowl MVP, he has 4 rings, and was named to the all 1970s team. Then he was a broadcaster sportswriters vote i think now hes trying to become governer of PA.

The fact that you had to remind us of his stats means that you assume he is bad. I don't want to sound like a psychologist, but if you had to tell us all this junk it's doubtful that he did anything worthwhile or made some big plays in his career.
