is camping on the beaches in hong kong allowed?

i would really love to sleep on the shores of lantau island and climb to the peak for sunrise...

    in some main beaches in the city such as the repluse bay....u can't do camping there. but in lautau.... no 1 cares abt that. just that dun make 2 much noise wil be fine.
