What style would someone in a management course use for a paper? (i.e. MLA, APA, Chicago)?

I am editing a 15-page MGMT paper for my Publication Editing final project, but I don't know what style to conform to when editing it. If it helps, they have a Works Cited page, not a References page. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Most likely, it would be in MLA format. APA is used for scientific papers and Chicago is just used for people with random interests in it. MLA is used for most humanities and non-scientific papers.
