Where to See Dogs in Paris?

Dogs are treated like royalty all over France. You will have no problem looking and finding, you will probably even see some on the plane!!

There are dogs EVERYWHERE in Paris. Cafes, in the parks, esp. along the Champs Elysee. On baskets on motorcycles and scooters. You really don't have to go anywhere special to see them. But be warned; very few French people pick up after their dogs; it's a huge problem there. My m-in-law who is French, and a staunch defender of all that is French, even admits that she has no idea on why most Frenchmen/women let their dogs crap with impunity. (There's a funny book that uses this common knowledge -- at least it's common in Western Europe -- called "A Year in the Merde"; pick it up at the library b-4 you go and you'll see what I'm talking about).
