Ok, so there has been a really big dog that is in my basement and I am scared to go in the room with him because he is so big and everyone says he is the demon dog. how should i get rid of him?
he is there because he jumped in through the basement window
he just got inside, and I will never want to hurt him

You're already online, so look up your local animal control officer's number and explain the situation. If possible give a description of the dog so that they can estimate the size by breed, and they should send professionals to remove the dog and take him to a shelter for him to be identified.
