K so ...i walked down stair to my basement and i saw my neighbourhood cat. I think it has rabies and if it bites me i dont want to upset him so i spent money on buying steak and treat for the cat. Now i dont want tovget bot but i want the cat out.... How to i go down to the basement and not get bit

I am going to Washington to see my 49ers at FedEx Field and my tickets are in the 400 level (highest deck) at FedEx Field. I will be wearing my Patrick Willis 49ers jersey to the game and I'm just wondering, apart from the joking chirps from the Redskins fans, are they generally good to visiting fans or should I upgrade to lower bowl seats? I've been to Ford Field and Ralph Wilson and know that generally the less classy fans sit in the upper bowl and higher class fans in the lower bowl. All that being said, will I be fine at FedEx Field supporting my 49ers? Anybody have any stories about Redskins fans?

I was thinking that going into year 2 of University in September, I want to lose the last bit of fat on my stomach. I used to be 210 pounds and lost weight over 2 years and got down to 175 in the summer of 2010. First year of University I put some weight on and I sit around 182-184. I want to get back down to 175 but lose even more this summer and lose the last bit of fat that I have so Im thinking of this meal plan:

1. Breakfast- Water, Mixed berries with no fat yogurt, and a glass of Orange juice.

2. Lunch- Home made protein shake with protein, ice, and berries.

3. Dinner- Fish and vegetables.

During the day I will run to the gym (about a 5km run) going each way, do some cardio machines at the gym then lift weights because I want to tone and define muscles as well this summer. Now, being newly 19, I like to go out for some beer and watch sports and drink so I still will during the summer. So my question for you guys is, on this plan and the exercise I plan to do, how much weight do you see me losing per week and will I lose fat? Thanks guys. I'm open to other suggestions on meals and exercises to do but I hope for some good feedback!

Hey, I am heading to Montreal for the night too watch TFC take on the Montreal Impact next Wednesday night, but will want to head out after the game. Anyone know any good clubs or bars in Montreal? I mean, will it help the Bills finally get into the playoffs and T.O stay happy during the year? I think it will. Trent has soooo many options he can go to. He's got T.O, Lee Evans, James Hardy, Roscoe Parrish, and James Reed. Pretty solid recieving corps Trent has to throw too!

The guy consistently gets 16+ wins every season, low ERA, is an innings eater, and always leads the league in complete games. If Halladay isn't the best pitcher in baseball right now say who it is and why Halladay would not be the best pitcher in baseball.

Its early, I know! But, with Trent Edwards and T.O with Marshawn Lynch, man this offence will be explosive. The D should improve on a good season from last year too! Lets Go Buffalo, Lets Go Buffalo!!
