Roy Halladay, best pitcher in baseball?

He really is one of the most overlooked pitchers in baseball. Guys like CC and Johan get a lot of attention, and as great as they are Halladay is one guy I trust with the ball in almost any situation. He throws hard and has fantastic stuff, but he really knows how to pitch.

Now he's a guy I could get behind the Yankees spending 160 million on.

Not every year, in 2004 he went 8-8 and was on the DL twice. He pitched 133.0 innings. I think Johan Santana is the best pitcher in baseball. But Roy Halladay is not far behind.

It's hard to say he's the best with Santana, Sabathia, Lincecum and Webb out there, but I will say he's one of the top 3 in baseball right now. I love Roy Halladay and he's one of my favorite pitchers in baseball.

Halladay is a fantastic pitcher, and one of my personal favorites. he was a workhorse for my fantasy team last season.

but hes not the best. youve got to give that i think to sellout sabathia. he is a great pitcher, definitely top 5 in my book, but there are bigger fish out there. and sabby's still young.

Roy Halladay is good as hell. I would love to have him on my team.
