Meal Plan to lose fat?

I was thinking that going into year 2 of University in September, I want to lose the last bit of fat on my stomach. I used to be 210 pounds and lost weight over 2 years and got down to 175 in the summer of 2010. First year of University I put some weight on and I sit around 182-184. I want to get back down to 175 but lose even more this summer and lose the last bit of fat that I have so Im thinking of this meal plan:

1. Breakfast- Water, Mixed berries with no fat yogurt, and a glass of Orange juice.

2. Lunch- Home made protein shake with protein, ice, and berries.

3. Dinner- Fish and vegetables.

During the day I will run to the gym (about a 5km run) going each way, do some cardio machines at the gym then lift weights because I want to tone and define muscles as well this summer. Now, being newly 19, I like to go out for some beer and watch sports and drink so I still will during the summer. So my question for you guys is, on this plan and the exercise I plan to do, how much weight do you see me losing per week and will I lose fat? Thanks guys. I'm open to other suggestions on meals and exercises to do but I hope for some good feedback!

Based on the plan you have I don't see why not. But it still depends on your own body and how it works. but i would say your plan is pretty solid. Its a healthy diet although I would have just a tad bit more for breakfast. maybe throw in a banana or something. and id recommend doing some "high intensity" ab workouts if your thinking about that stomach. and to comment on how much time it will take. id ESTIMATE probably a month or a month and a half. but if you have alot of fat (not as much muscle) it might be a month depending on how hard you work. Just stick to your diet plan you have and make sure your workouts are CONSISTENT and INTENSE. hope this helped
