a tattoo is allways a personal question,

In my opinion those tattoos that go around the arm are extremely tacky especially on women, and depending on how thin and how much small detail is in it could get blurry (and i do love tattoos im not one to shoot down the idea because I think its a bad idea to get it)

as long as it has meaning and you are happy with it.
