If so, when is a good approximation of when he'll be called up? He's taking up valuable bench space on my team; however, I used my second to last draft pick on him so it's not like I wasted much. Should I continue to keep him on the bench or drop/try to trade him?

Expect him in June. WAS has a big monetary incentive to keep him in the minors that long. It delays his arbitration and eventual free agency by a year.

YES, June 1st. Thats because then the team can keep him under contract for an extra year. same with Chapman in Cincinati
