The ramen noodles aren't a source of protein, but any meat or fish that you add to it would be. It is going to depend on the type of protein added and how long is it cooked (has most of the protein been destroyed?). Fajitas are a bit better, but once more, it will depend on the cut (is it fatty meat?) and type (chicken? beef? pork?) of meat in your fajitas.

I prefer a protein shake (GSH Ignite) right after workout and lots of water. Then about an hour later brown rice, black beans, chicken breasts or fish and veggies. I find that I need the protein immediately, but it is too heavy for me to eat a meal right after working out, and the protein powder is digested and processed by the body much faster than if I were to eat chicken right after a workout.
