Spicy Mayo Recipe for sushi?

    I see them mixing it at japanese restaurants all the time...It's sriracha (chili) sauce and mayonnaise. Most of the sushi places use Japanese mayonnaise but a good jarred mayonnaise is just about as good.

    There must be other brands of it, but this is the only one I ever see in grocery stores and asian markets.

    Try mixing regular mayo with Thai (I'm not sure it's Thai, but it's the sauce with the Rooster on the label that you always see at Thai places) with the hot sauce. I used it for spicy tuna and it turned out pretty well!

    Mix a little wasabi powder into the mayo to taste. I mix up a little wasabi mayo to dip my grilled cheese sandwiches in.
