Last night, Chicken breast stuffed with garlic, olives and wrapped in Parma ham. Cooking is my art, a wonderful pleasure, I cook everything from scratch. I was fortunate to live in a few different countries. Where I lived in Africa we did not have T.V. and lived far from town, every night I'd sit outside with my old African friend and she would teach me how to cook slowly with the cheapest ingredients, tasty. flavour filled stuff, cooked in a big pot, over an open fire under the beautiful African sky. I had other good teachers, my step Mum who was very posh and taught me how to cook really refined food and French classics. My aunt in Holland taught me how to cook excellent Indonesian food and traditional Dutch stuff, and on and on, I've been fortunate enough to have had a variety of excellent teachers/influences.

I all ways cook from scratch. And I cooked stew last night. with hot rolls.

stew is very good and i do it ones every 2 weeks. i cook Avery day 2 times.today i mack chicken drumstick slow cook , lilt fresh tomato's ,a lot of onions, and after are cook i add okra a lot of it with rice or macaroni

Ravioli stuffed with Lobster in a lemon cream sauce with chopped tomato topped with sauteed spinach and shaved Parmesan. I make the pasta dough myself, the filling, and the sauce too
I also make, cream brulee, tarts, cakes, soups and other things too
