Russia has just tipped the balance of power, into Irans favor ?

Seems Russia has developed a new and sophisticated cruise missile "launch" system, that will be available to Iran and N. Korea.

Now that Obama has decided to "soften" the latest sanctions against Iran, does this make the Middle East a flame waiting for the gasoline, by "any" nation ?

It wouldn't take much by any nation.

Good for them; now the Iranian people can finally not live in fear of the ever threatening Israel. And honestly, North Korea is so crippled economically and socially now that, I mean.. it's ridiculous to even suggest that they are a threat. Their army is pathetic, even by the accounts of North Koreans who have escaped to the South.

That sounds like it comes at top dollar, I doubt Iran and N Korea would ever actually be able to afford it.
