I live in NC but unemployed, looking for work in NY but past due on child support?

I live in NC but am unemployed and way past due on child support. I have had a dui in NC but served the year with blo and go and got my license back. So that is over with although I think they got my name wrong on the papers at the court house cause it has been three years now and my insurance never found out....So now that I am unemployed....looking to go back to work in NY but child suport suspended my license in NY.....is there anyway around me not getting a NY and keeping my NC driver's License and not throw up any red flags with new employer or with the states?
