When you order food delivery...?

Like pizza or anything else that may be delivered, do you lower your tip if they have a delivery charge?

Like if it costs $1.00 ...or how about $5.00?

You guys should really not be ordering pizza from this place if you are going to consider the "delivery charge" as part of the tip. the delivery charge does not go to the driver. If you do not like this charge, then please just go pick it up yourself or find a different pizza place. It is not a good reason to undertip a driver.

Is that what is being asked/stated here? Or, did you mean when calculating the tip, do you include the delivery charge in there to take a percent from? I do.

No I don't factor in the delivery charge into the tip. I usually tip between 10 &15% for home delivery. I know that the delivery charge does not go to the driver.
