Refold it for a few days, or turn it wrong side up.

Time will probably be your best friend on this one. The longer the rug lays flat, the more the wrinkles will come out.
But if you want to hurry it along a bit there is nothing wrong with giving the creases a press job with an iron. I would recommend using a folded towel (just 2 thickness should do it) between the iron and the rug to keep from damaging the rug. Use lots of steam and smooth the rug out as you go.
And sometimes just using a hair dryer works. The heat is just enough to help relax the fibers and the rug settles down.

There are several ways:
1.Use a spray bottle and lightly spray the rug, don't soak it. Add weight to it, eg. put a coffee table on it and something to hold down the corners. If the creases are still there in the morning, repeat the process.
2.You can hang the rug over a clothesline or lay it in the sun. The sun should remove the creases.
3.Ironing the rug by placing a towel over the rug and using a low setting on the iron will also do the trick.
Time and use will also flatten out the rug.

Call rug or carpet copmpany and ask. [ this is why people store rugs rolled up.]
Do not steam or iron 'til you know what carpet is made of - some synthetic fibers will melt.
