I need a good workout plan...?

Right now I run about 4 miles four times a week. This has gotten me in pretty good shape but I need something that will help me lose those last few pounds and look toned.

    Strength training with a resistance band or like 10-20 lbs weights. Using light weights or the band with lot's of reps will tone the muscles (like pilates) and not bulk up. Like one day focus on your arms and chest and get like a 10 mins arms dvd or check out youtube.com for how-to's. and then the next day work on your abs and back the same way, then the next day legs and butt. and then start over.

    do like 5 sets of 10 reps with light weights in all the area's with 10 seconds in between sets. Find work outs that work for you. Or just add a whole other realm of working out, like joining a dance class or swimming. Your body gets used to what you're doing so when you add something new and challenging to it, it'll react.
