Why didn't God write the Bible?
Why did God leave the writing of the Bible/Koran/whatever to Men? If he wrote a translation of his holy book in every language, autographed them, and spread them around the world to all language groups it would have avoided a whole lot of misunderstanding; not to mention bloodshed.
Perhaps he didn't have the literary ability, or the language ability, or the publishing/printing facilities? But then isn't he meant to be omnipotent (able to do anything) and omniscient (knowing everything)?

you can't imagine how difficult it is for an individual independent writer to get published. it was the smart thing for god to ghostwrite several books, assign them to a few different authors to submit for publication, and it worked.

It didn't write it, or have anyone write it. Men created god in their image and have used it to control small-minded weak people with it for centuries. Isn't it about time, since we as a species are not small-minded or weak, that these false prophets and their so-called 'Holly Books' get tossed out with the rest of bull that we realize isn't real, like Santa, the Easter Bunny, and the tooth fairy?

He thought that talking directly to humans in visions, through the prophets and becoming en-fleshed and living among us would be sufficient.
Some say that a miracle would make them have faith, but that is because they know that no miracle is likely. With or without the miracle there will be those who don't believe.
Would he have to repeat this circus for every generation? God fully disclosed himself with the incarnation of Jesus. Everything we can understand about God is contained in Jesus' teachings which have been passed down from generation to generation. Each generation under the guidance of the Holy Spirit through the Church reflects on these teachings and applies them authentically.

He wrote the 10 commandments with His own fingers, yet people still ignored His Law. Do you honestly think that they would believe that He wrote the entire Bible if He had? I mean-the Bible says that He put a rainbow in the sky after the flood, as a covenant to us that He would never destroy the entire world by a flood again.....yet how many atheists believe that?
God's salvation is meant for different people at different times. He knew ahead of time who would accept Him and who would reject Him-way before they were born, or before the world was even created......that's why He allowed men to write the Bible-so they could be witnesses to His miracles and tell others over the years.

Because the men of the bible times were there to serve God, not the other way around, and that's what they did. They were inspired by the Holy Spirit to write the books. God had them write it so we would understand in the future what God has planned for those of us at this point in time. It's obvious to me that God didn't write the Quran, Buddhist writings, or any other writings besides the bible. None of these "other bibles" speak of the salvation through Christ. No other religion teaches about God's plan to save mankind through Christ so we could be in Heaven with him. In the bible times, God was always in communication with his people in the more obvious ways. He had his reasons for this at the time.

When you write a letter, do you write the letter, or does the pen? Obviously you do. The pen is merely the instrument you use. God used men as instruments to write His "letter" to humanity. They ranged from kings to common fishermen, but the 66 books of the Bible were all given by inspiration of God. Proof that this Book is supernatural can been seen with a quick study of its prophecies.

Your question is filled with questions by a person surely deficient in the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ on the Words of God. Pardon me for being blunt. God did write the bible.
Jeremiah 30:2
Thus speaketh the LORD God of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book.

god doesn't have a typewriter, word processor, or even a pencil. all revelations, no matter what the religion, had to use men to create the physical manifestation of revelation.

He COULD of done that, but he just looooves to f*ck with us humans. It's much more fun to be a cosmic d0ucheb@g than to actually tell people what you want.
