what is the make of fastest mouse for gaming on line?

staff in the shops won't tell you. perhaps they do not know. I tried many but am fed up with explaining in the shop and bringing crap home. Some are so slow, others slow with reacting to my command, or do not take all angles. I want to compete. It has to be answer from those with experience. My best so far is Belkin for being small and fastest I had so far. Now I need a new one. Shall I buy the same? Everything changes so fast on the market though with variety of hundreds of them I need advice.

    hi margaret

mice use a specification called "dpi" or dots per inch and the higher this is the more precise the mouse is equating to a better online gaming experience ....

cheaper mice(under £20) tend to have between 600dpi and 1600dpi however gaming mice can have as much as 4600dpi making them alot more precise..allowing for more precise rotation in games,,,or in other words you can shoot one enemy and turn to shoot another with much better precision than basic mice

the rolls royce of gaming mice has got to go to "razor" ( http://www.razerzone.com/ ) and allthough these tend to be expensive they are well worth the investement

for a good selection of razor mice go to http://www.ebuyer.com/search?page=1&store=4&cat=13... .... however i recommend the "Razer Abyssus Gaming Mouse"( http://www.ebuyer.com/product/180622 ) .. not too expensive and with a dpi of 3500 this is a awesome peripheral for any gamers who want the edge

i hope this helps, any problems let me know

    good luck margaret !

Basically any laser mouse. I believe Razer is the company most people go to for gaming mice. They sell other stuff too, but here's their website. I use the Razer Lachesis myself and its great.
