drum help, my tom tom broke?
I was just playing my drums and out of no where my tom tom broke, my smallest one. I didn't even realize it at first, but there was a huge tear in it. What should i do? Is there any home remedies to fix it like duct tape? Or can you just order new skin? Please give me serious answers I wanna get back to drumming asap! Thanks a ton!

its a very simple fix. you jsut need to get a new drum head. heads should be replaced often, like the strings of a guitar. they just wear out eventually. you can get them from any music store, but i prefer guitar center. they have huge selection and lots of heads in stock. just pick up an evens g1 or g2 for a cheap, but good quality head. depending on the size, it should cost more than 10 or 15 bucks.
