Seventeen years old and with baby hairs?!?

I'm 17, and I've had blonde baby hairs along my hairline my entire life, never growing more then 1/2 an inch to an inch. I have light brown hair that looks red in the sun. I have a side fringe/bang that I always push back, because I like it like that. I have uneven waves in my hair, that I hate but I don't mind if I pin my bangs back, but I don't like to because my baby hairs are extremely noticeable.

Is there anything I can do to make my baby hairs disappear? Cutting looks bad, and no, they DON"T grow out.

I have the same hair and everything. I hate them as well. My stylist said the only thing i can do is let them grow out or have them shaved regularly but it will look strange. There isn't too much to do. :/
