sooo... master cleanse diet?
so, i'm thinking about going on the master cleanse diet, but i don't want to be hungry as hell. ya know?
am i allowed to eat anything on the master cleanse? or is it just the lemonade?

The scam "cleanse" diet requires you to starve yourself completely. The only calories you take in are from glorified sugar water. Does that sound reasonable or healthy to you?
