Got married in the US and Brazilian embassy,do I have to divorce in both places?
Sent the paper to legalize the marriage in Brazil tru the embassy in Florida.Now I'm going tru a dissolution here in the Us,and was wondering if I have to do the same at Brazilian Embassy to be divorce there or if simply finalizing things here would do it.I want to get married again and wanted to know how this works,thanks in advance!
I need to know if it's legal to get married here after the dissolution even though I'm still married in Brazil.Or if I have to finilized things in both places before doing it so.

Depends on the law in both locations. But a divorce in the US is valid for the US and yes you can get married when final... at least here in the US.
