what is the best amd am2+ board on the market right now for gaming?
Right now i have a crosshair II board that just burned itself out because my dam friend messed with my system when he couldn't get my computer on because i turned the power off to it. Now i need a new board and he is going to pay for it.
So im looking for the top 5 amd am2+ boards out right now for gaming. I am using dual 8800 gts 512 modified, phenom II black 3.2 am2+, 8gb gaming mushkin red line 1000, 500gb drive, 2 in 0 raid 160 solid state drives, and all in a custom case running 5 fans. I need the top 5 boards that will work best with this setup.
Also don't send me links or suggest me boards that on dual cards it runs them at 8x and not 16x. I want a upgrade or board equile to mine. I don't want to downgrade. Thanxs

You may consider this a downgrade but then again almost all boards would be. The Crosshair II was the best of the best.

This one....I have used it in 4 builds lately and it works great. South Bridge AMD SB710 chipset and DDR2 memory........a really nice mobo.
