    It's a misdemeanor, and a person can get a lifetime ban from the ballpark for doing that.

  • Felony = Usually 1 Year or more Jail Time

    Misdemeanor = Under One Year

    So Running on the Field would be trespassing misdemeanor.

    Running on the field your risking 1-5 days in Jail & $500+ Dollar Fine lol so I wouldn't even risk it

    Misdemeanor and up to a $1000 fine.

    It's misdemeanor trespassing and can be a fine and jail time - but what you people who do this don't realize is it's on your record forever. So when you become responsible adults some day and want a real job, it will show up on a background check. So that's one positive thing.

    PS - haha. I couldn't give a flying yahoo about points or thumbs up or down, but why in the world would you give this answer thumbs down? Oddly, you must have some weird plans coming up. Again, this goes on your record. It follows you forever. These iditos who do this can never get a job after because it shows up on background checks.

    Its a misdemeanor, and this kid in Philadelphia is probably home already. What happen is that his parents could sue the Phillies, the City, and the Philadelphia Police Dept.

    What he did was wrong, but in no way, did they have to tase him.
