Usually, running more traps than spells is bad. Most spells can just be activated without a waiting period or having to wait to chain. The traps you have are good, but the spells you could be running would be better. I would suggest taking out x3 Reckless Greed and x2 Enemy Controller, and putting in x2 Lightning Vortex, 1 more Creature Swap, x3 Book of Moon, and 1 more Caius. Yes, this leaves you with more than 40 cards, but it also gives you more opportunities to turn the game around. Furthermore, you should side deck against top tier decks like Infernity and X-Sabers. Here is a recommended side deck for your Zombie/Monarch.

    x3 Compulsory Evacuation Device

    x3 Light-Imprisoning Mirror

    x3 Dark Bribe

    x3 Reckless Greed

x3 Destruction Jammer/ My Body As A Shield
