does anyone else flex after each set? ive heard taht this is good for your muscles because it strains them more to excess points of tearing. when i do it i notice how much more it hurts and tightens my arms but never knew if it was really doing what people say?

i mix it up depending on what im in the mood for. Some days ill eat one pre workout so i get that pump then otehrs ill eat one post for the gains. Anyone else eat bananas in their weight program and how often? Also how were the long term results. Thx just curious as to what works for whom. Bananas are Gods miracle fruit XD

i cant remember how long ive had this maybe since the last year. My underarms wont stop sweating even if i use deoderant my sweat soaks through my shirts and makes my sleeves wet. Im a very healthy 19 year old male i work out and excercise regularly but only sweat when im not working out. Ive tried shaving my armpits, several brands of Anti Persperant Deodorant ive tried speed stick which worked until a week later. I sweat to the point where when im wearing a sleeveless t shirt the sweat will drip from my armpits and roll down my triceps it's very annoying and i ahve to wash my t shirts after 30 minutes within wearing them. Can someone please give me advice its becoming an annoyance

i was playing RedDead redemption On singleplayer while hunting in tall trees for grizzleys at night. Something to the right of my location caught my eye between the treeline. My frist thought was a Bear but after being shot this thing veered left and came at me in a matter of secodns. it was the fastsest thing i ever hunted, faster than a cougar. After Taking a semi shotgun blast to the leg it killed me and my horse in one hit. I went back looking for it again but havnt been able to find it. Its goign on 2 hours now and no luck. anyone have any clue what it was i read on wiki that there may be an easter egg werewolf and might have found it? may be a glitch too but ive never seen anything like this before.

Ive been lifting for about over a year now and ive noticed that after my sessions my muscles no longer hurt like they did as when i began. I've been seeing noticeable improvements in my muscular growth and so on, but i want to know why it doesn't hurt like it used to. yes i change my routine weekly focusing on upper chest biceps and triceps in different reps and sets. anyone else have this problem?

Im Renewing My CPR certification this week, and i want to make sure i remember the right stuff. I got it nailed when it comes to infants and men, but what about women? Im pretty sure that u compress right under the breasts, with your hands under them. Am i correct? would like someone else who is certified to let me know thanks.

i live in western PA, and last night around 5 am i noticed as i was laying in bed a quick rush of movement. to my suprise i looked and saw a massive spider the size of a quater, maybe bigger. after examining it a bit before smackin it 5 times with my shoe. I noticed that it had a tannish brownish body, with two black strikes going down from its head to its back. i noticed these outside of my house aswell tehy spin webs near my windows and shurbs. they can get quite large. Does anyone know waht kind of species this is? it looks very similar to a wolf spider and fishing spider, but unlike the two this one spins a web. can someoen ease my mind and gimme a name so i cna google it. i would be very concerned if one of these made its way up my shorts one day while i was sleeping. (which might have happend if i didnt see taht little bugger last night)

Ive recently noticed, since yesterday, that my Semen is Red, indicating that there is blood in it, it varies from light red to sometimes more darker red, some areas are a little white, being the normal color. Can anyone clearify what could cause this? im 19 in good health and ive never had this before im very concerned. I do not have any pain before or after ejaculation. Or during Urinating. i dont believe it to be prostate cancer, since i have no other symptoms. Has anyone else had this before and has it cleared up? im waiting a call back from my Doc Today. Thanks

My Sister was recently offered a job at a nursing home as a nurses aid, Full time benifits. She accepted the offer, and the employer asked for her paper work, drug tests, ect. Take note she was offered the job, and took it. After weeks of calling the employer to see when she started, the employer was too busy to answer calls, ect. After NO response the employer sends a letter in the mail, its a notice of how She was considered for the job and that she is not qualified enough. We are contacting an attorney to see if this is grounds for a law suit. She also quit her old job to work for the employer. I believe that the letter makes out that she was never offered the job, woulod this be a breach in contract, sicne she was OFFERED the job, and the lady said she would return her call to when she could start (she accepted my sisters paperwork) We are goign to sue for loss of wages, does this sound liek enought grounds? (My sister has proof of her hiring, by copies the employer gave her)

i paly yugioh, and i jsut got new card sleeves from ultrapro,when i opened them they were all bent towards the middle. So when i put the cards in them, the cards look ent and rise up when set down. thsi pisses me off so much lol, how do you undebn them any good ways and is there a way to fix this evil abomination? best answer to who ever get me the solution.
