Anyone else eat bananas in your weight training diet?

i mix it up depending on what im in the mood for. Some days ill eat one pre workout so i get that pump then otehrs ill eat one post for the gains. Anyone else eat bananas in their weight program and how often? Also how were the long term results. Thx just curious as to what works for whom. Bananas are Gods miracle fruit XD

    Have a banana before the workout. The sugar will give you the energy to get you through the workout and the potassium will keep you from cramping. Also bananas are a lot more easy on the stomach than citrus. Take protein post work out for the recovery.

    Yep...very often..I'd eat them when my next main meal was further away in the day for the most part,and sometimes I'll also eat them before the workout.

    Yeah,the glucose in the bananas works instantly,miracles,better than anything else.I'd make sure to account for the 120 calories it contains though.

    Results:the best,especially when I combined it with protein.
