What do you eat on Scarlet Emperor beans?
Some people say you eat the whole pod ... others say you wait until the pods are big and ripe and harvest the actual beans ... I was given a few beans and have planted them, but now I'm planning ahead for the actual eating ...:) I know it's probably a stupid question, but maybe someone knows?

Either way.
If you were given only a few you should eat them in the immature stage - before the seeds have formed. With only a few plants you won't have enough to harvest many mature beans.
