NEED HELP TO QUIT SMOKING?

I have tried and tried to quit without luck. It was so easy to quit when I was pregnant and like a dummy I started back after 2 years now it's whooping my butt. What was the easiest way for you to quit?

    Be aware of ...

No one can quit if not entirely convinced to do so.

There's no best nor easy way to quit.

Everyone is different in the way they stop smoking.

What worked for someone might not work for you.

    I suggest reading http://stopsmoking.eu.pn/

The site has a poor design but its contents is very reach.

Everyone reacts differently to different products. As others have mentioned, I too have been using electric cigarettes for a few months and they have helped my hubby and I in our quest to quit.

It was sooo easy to cut back. Week one I went from a pack a day to a 3-5 cigs a day. The hard part was choosing to stop the regular cigs completely. I looked at it like this, I am only smoking a few a day anyway, I might as well just not buy another pack. And since my packs were lasting so long they were getting stale, that helped too, my cigs started to taste bad, it even started to make me sick when I smoked them.

I am still addicted to nicotine, but I've been cutting my nicotine levels back in steps (Like with the patch). I am to the point now I use 2 different carts Low and 0 nicotine. I know there is controversy surrounding ecigs, but to me anything has to be better then the 4000+ chemicals I was inhaling.

It also has saved me money, because it is refillable. It costs me between $30-$35 a month to smoke (no month isn't a typo). The flavors are also amazing, I thought I would want tobacco flavors, but quickly switched to fruity flavors, my favorite is banana cream.

I tried everything the patch-gave me a rash, chantix-gave me bad nightmares, I even paid $500 for shots behind my ears. Nothing worked for me.

I was a skeptic and I had a million questions about how it all worked. I found a good vendor that was willing to take the time to answer my questions and support me through the transition.

Electric cigs work great for quitting. If you like your money, don't waste it on a "designer brand" like Yoshi did.

Don't pay more than $50 for a basic starter kit. Also you want a brand that is sold by many vendors so you can shop around for parts and accessories. Some very popular starter units are the Joye 510 (3 piece unit) and the KR808D-1 (2 piece unit).

Read electric cigarette forums, the most heavily advertised products are jokes. You are getting no better value for your money. They've spent millions on advertising-they set up ecig review sites that are fake, they pay people to post responses for them and when you use the link or discount code to buy the person gets paid. Its shady.

Refill liquid is a different story, there is a huge difference in them-You do get what you pay for.

in view that you smoke that so much daily, your frame bought adjusted having those poisons strolling ur frame. That's why humans with extra severe drug disorders can honestly die by means of quiting all of the sudden. You hav to take minimize your quantity of cigarettes perhaps each few weeks or some thing you are secure with. The motive why you had been coughing and stuff (tryign not to smoke) used to be on the grounds that your frame used to be so used to having two-five cigarettes an afternoon. So every week you must minimize slowly from two-4cigarettes, then one other few weeks, two-three, then so on.

Don't try to replace you're addiction with something else. Maybe you quit when you were pregnant because you had motivation to stop because of the baby and you didn't wanna harm it. You don't need any medication or patches. The most important thing you have is WILLPOWER. I mean, what's a little cigarette? It can beat the might of a fearsome mother? Would you really let yourself lose like that? Just find a motivation like, to stop wasting money, not to harm your family.
