What should I do about this?
Seemingly overnight, my face seems to have developed this strange bumpiness, dryness and itchiness. I've been applying lotion and I used the face cleansers available to me. It's not pimples. I can't see the bumps unless I get close to a mirror and turn my face. Can anyone help?

Sounds like you may have developed an allergy to a product that you're using. I would recommend going to a store that sells all-natural or hypoallergenic skincare products. Try to get samples first if you can, so that you don't spend money on new products before you know if they work for your skin or not.

use lotion that has glycerin in it, that keeps your skin moisturized and healthy, I personally have not been able to find lotion that says it has glycerin but if you have a CVS pharmacy close by they sell this face cream that is Vitamin E lotion. That makes your face really soft and healthy because your skin is getting vitamin E and it helps the health of your skin a lot. It doesn't really have a smell but it doesn't smell bad, I guess you get used to it, and the smell if anything would be of vitamin E. Doesn't hurt to try it and its not expensive at all. They carry small and large sizes.
