Is there a company that can process a small amount of skin, I have about enough for a leather jacket?

A friend has lost a considerable amount of weight in a very short time scale, as a result they have excessive skin which is to be removed surgically. There should be sufficient to make a leather jacket to fit him, but we need to identify someone who is capable and willing to process this amount skin. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Maybe you should contact a taxidermist. I personally cannot imagine shuch a thing, but they process dead dogs and things. Maybe one of them can help.
