I have no problems went playing music DVD/CD with my computer, but I can not play my movie DVD/CD it appeared Compatible DVD Decoder not installed. Can some one or your good self know about this problem can you assist me. I appreciated and thank you so much for your helps.

You just need the mpeg2 codec.
An easy way to get this is to download Dscaler (free, open source software)

Alterrnatively, just play your DVDs with VLC Media Player
If someone advises you to download a codec pack, ignore them.
