what muscles will i tone using a rowing machine?
hi i have a multi gym and it has the rowin machine bar on the bottom and wondered what muscles i will tone up by doin this exercise. am looking at toning my tummy so any tips please :)

umm...you wont get a whole lot of change in your abs but you're legs are going to start looking toned pretty quickly..also you'll have a stronger back and hot arms..
make sure you use it right though; it can be pretty harmful to your back if you have the wrong technique. So you should really try to push with your legs rather than carry the whole weight using your arms or back muscles.

I think rowing is a good full body workout but it concentrates mainly on your back and leg muscles
