Could Kindergarten boys be charged with Sexual Harassment or Sexual assault?

The sexual harassment industry said so:

Excerpt:

During the 2005-06 school year, 28 kindergarten "students" in Maryland were suspended for sex offenses, including sexual assault, sexual harassment and sexual activity, according to state data. Fifteen of those suspensions were for sexual harassment.

During the 2005-06 school year, one Washington County PRE-kindergarten "student" was suspended from school, and 12 of the county's kindergartners were suspended for various offenses, according to state data.

What say you? Clearly, the War against Men has reached a new low. If this trend continues, there will be no men left in school & soon male toddlers may be charged with Sexual Assaulting his own Mom during Lactation & Birthing Process.

I am speechless after reading the story.

Update:

@COM.ORG: ironically it's called "MARY-land" whereas Men can not marry foreign women.

Shall we rename it as "The Socialist Republic of Maryland"?

Sad thing is I live here. :(

@com.org--Thanks for the link. Because I have notice a lot of foreigners here all of sudden. I personally know people and have been approached by foreign women for marriage to get citizenship. Now how in the hell they are not being prosecuted for this? Everyone knows criminals are not the smartest of the bunch. Just more men suffering for lack of judegment/intelligence. If this isn't a conspiracy, then what is?

Actually, I do know of a kindergarten boy who does have a sexual harassment charge on his permanent school record. There was one day during recess when the class was given popsicles. One boy waved his around in front of his crotch like a penis while the teacher wasn't looking. The class laughed. So, the boy I know personally copied him. The teacher caught him and sent him to the principal's office. The boy who started this confessed to being the one to initiate it, but it was the boy I know who got in trouble. He merely thought he was doing something funny. He didn't know it was inappropriate. And the real unfortunate part is his mother backed up the school's decision by punishing him for a month. Now, I could understand him getting a day or two of punishment, as well as a lecture explaining why what he did was inappropriate. But a whole month?

    It's insane!

To be clear, suspension from school is quite a bit different from a criminal charge. And of course the people administering the suspensions are school administrators, not members of a "sexual harassment industry."

I followed the link, but it didn't take me to an article. When I searched, I did find an article about a 5-year-old boy who had pinched a girl's butt and was suspended for "sexual harassment." The article said that the incident would remain on the boy's record until middle school.

Is calling what the boy did "sexual harassment" overkill? Most definitely. But it strikes me as a problem of agency administration--not a war on men. Perhaps the school district needs to change its policy so that it doesn't miscategorize nonsexual behaviors as sexual but can punish unwanted touching if needed. Five really isn't too young to learn about inappropriate behavior, although it is (in my opinion) too young for a label of "sexual harassment." With 5-year-olds, there's gotta be some latitude for silliness.

Yes - this insane. Since this zaniness went through the political process and has the approval of the politically powerful, no on can argue that it is not mainstream feminism. It is. And that is yet one more example of why I argue that mainstream feminism has little to do with human rights and much to do with harming men and boys.

yeah, this is just mass sickness run completely amok.

if i ever have a child, alternative education options will be a top priority issue because public education has turned into nothing more than a breeding and conditioning ground for permanent, severe mentally and emotionally imbalanced, cognitively debilitated automatons.

And don't forget Maryland wants to make it illegal for a man to date any foreign women, including Quebec, and for it to be illegal for them to even contact any foreign woman for the suspected purpose of dating them. This law, shrouded in gender neutrality of course, is intended to protect women from abusive men.

Edit: How about just call it the Feminist Utopia of Maryland?

well of course little kids should know they can't touch people in their private parts and what-not, and if they do that they should be punished or taught a lesson in some way, I don't think suspending the kid so they get to watch tv all day is really teaching the kid anything, but anyway, I don't think it should stay on their record as a "sexual offender" or anything lol they're just kids. I remember kids doing weird sexual things to me or in front of me when I was a young girl and I was quite disturbed by it, so kids should be made to stop the behavior but whatever the punishment is it shouldn't stay on their record, unless they are in their teens when they clearly know what they are doing.

They need to charge the parents for not teaching their chid what's right and what's wrong. The boys are in kindergarden so the parents should be held responsible because the boys are still babies DISCIPLINE YOUR CHILD, TEACH YOUR CHILD!
