Well, tea and coffee won't really take off for another 200 years, so a morning cuppa is out of the question. You'd probably drink wine or beer - Water in this period is a bit risky to drink!
Hard to say exactly what they'd eat, but probably bread, cheese, meat and maybe fish. It would depend a lot on your economic status. If you're the lord of the manor then you might have a breakfast that runs to a couple of different courses. if you're a peasant, then a bit of bread and a mug of beer is probably your lot.
Breakfast would usually be eaten pretty early in the day - 6 or 7am -because people wanted to take advantage of the daylight for working.
