Guys of any age...When did you know it was ok to get changed around other guys?

Question

My buddies growing up were always comfortable getting undressed and changing clothes around each other. From as early as I could remember my guy friends would strip down to their tighty whities in front of all of us all the time. Most of my buddies slept in just briefs when we stayed the night at each others houses. Eventually I became comfortable being in my briefs around my friends and other guys but it took me until I was 10 or 11 before another guy saw me undressed. What age or grade did you know it was normal to be undress in front of other dudes?

Middle school is when I first started undressing in front of my peers.  We dressed for P.E. at that time (1974-75).  It was rather unsettling (in the beginning).  However, by the time I entered high school, I was completely comfortable with undressing and walking about in my briefs in front of my peers.  I never liked being completely nude only because I felt I did not have a swimmer's or jock body, but while in underwear, different story all together.

I shared a bedroom with four older brothers.  That says a lot right there.  Strict modesty was kept until a certain age.
