How many guys switched from wearing tighty whities or briefs to wearing boxers just because they wanted to avoid getting picked on by other guys in the high school locker room. A lot of guys I know admit that the reason they wore boxers during the time they were in high school was because they didnt want to get picked on for wearing briefs. How many of you admit to doing the same thing when you were that age?

My best buddy in high school was always in his underwear around me, always naked in the locker room, would get erections in front of me all the time, and all these things that teased me bad and made me crazy. When I came out to him after high school, he admitted he knew I was gay the whole time. He also sensed i had a crush on him and said he did things to get under my skin and see my reaction. He is 100% straight, married now with three kids and I wonder if other guys had this problem when they were in high school?

I loved and hated the guys locker room growing up. I loved seeing other guys undressing, but was too scared to change in front of other guys for a long time. It was never a place I felt totally comfortable in and I wonder if any other guys had a difficult time in the locker room or if you have the opposite experience.

My buddies growing up were always comfortable getting undressed and changing clothes around each other. From as early as I could remember my guy friends would strip down to their tighty whities in front of all of us all the time. What age or grade did you know it was normal to be undress in front of other dudes?

When David Beckham became the official underwear model for Emporio Armani, the sales shot up 130% the first week. Suddenly, guys who wore boxers every day were switching to briefs and other tight fitting styles of underwear simply because of who was modeling them in the ads. Not every guy is a fan of Beckham, but I wonder if sports heroes from the major professional sports leagues became underwear models, would that persuade you to switch the style of underwear you wear? Getting a major sports star to endorse any product increases sales and influences purchase decisions. Just wanted to know if you would change if your hero endorsed an underwear brand and if so which sports star would be the one to change your mind.

My best friends son is a Sophmore in high school and has been picked on for wearing tighty whities when he gets changed in the locker room. He is a popular guy and is a star athlete on his track team but the guys still give him a hard time. They aren't mean to him, but they say things in reference to tighty whities being for little kids not super cool high school sophmore jocks. If he switched from old school Hanes and FTL's to a designer brand like Calvin Klein do you think that would make a difference in how he is treated or will it be exactly the same situation as long as he wears tighty whities to school. Wearing CK briefs in high school seemed to squelch the comments when I was in high school but that was 12 years ago.

It seems like guys who wear tighty whitey briefs are dwindling in numbers but I wanted to see if there were still "real men" who wear tighty whities, any brand, and have done so throughout their lives?

I was walking around my house in my tighty whities and had porn on in my DVD player. My dad was putting stuff in storage sheds out back and I didnt know he was there. i forgot to pack underwear for a camping trip and my buddies brother gave me a pair to wear and everyone freaked out and said its gross to wear clean briefs from another guy. am i the only one who thinks its not wierd?

I won't lie the first time I had full on sex, I wasn't able to last for more than a few minutes and I was white knuckling it to make it that long. All of my best guy friends said they had similar first times and only lasted a few short moments. How many other guys, HONESTLY, shot way too fast their first time? How many times did it take you before you could go for an extended period of time? For me, it took about a month of regular sex to get to the point where I was able to last quite a while. I am curious to hear what other guys experienced their first time.

In my high school locker room some guys who wore boxers, would tease the guys who wore tighty whities right before they put on a jockstrap. I don't see what the difference is since tighty whities are just a jockstrap with fabric covering your butt. Is it a mental thing where guys automatically think that guys wearing tighty whities must be teased but guys in jocks are considered more macho and therefore are not made fun of? Logically it makes no sense to me but can someone explain why tighty whities are uncool but a jockstrap is acceptable?

First let me say I think we need a complete overhaul in the way gym class is conducted and the curriculum needs to switch focus. For me, gym class was an hour of humiliation, teasing, exclusion and offered little education on how to live a healthier life style. Gym was a time for the jocks to show off leaving the rest of us sidelined, bored and discouraged. When I heard there was an option to get out of gym class in high school I jumped at the opportunity. Even though I was overweight, lazy and knew I needed gym to help me be more active, my frustration and fear of further ridicule kept me far away from the boys locker room and gym class. I know there are many others who have felt the same way I did back then and would have benefitted from a more balanced curriculum that gave us a more solid understanding of living healthier lives while providing activities that didn't segregate the athletes from the less athletically gifted. With PE now only being required for one year in high school in many states (most of the kids don't continue with gym class after freshmen year), I think we need to step back, find out how to make gym more accepting, fun, and beneficial so that kids of all skill levels want to participate. Would you all agree something needs to change when it comes to educating kids about healthier lifestyle choices?

My buddies and I play volleyball every sunday and try to take a NO GIRLS ALLOWED trip once a year to somewhere like Vegas or San Diego. We all pile into a big SUV and take a road trip together for a weekend of partying with my boys without worrying about any girls. We gamble, drink, play volleyball, go clubbing, lay by the pool, and pack us all in one hotel room for a weekend. What do other guys do when they get together with just their buddies?

Some of my buddies would wake up in the morning and walk to the bathroom with their morning wood tenting up their underwear or shorts and not care that the rest of us saw them. On our camping trip I saw two of my buddies with hard ons and on a road trip I saw another buddy, my brother in law and his buddy with morning erections and they didn't care. We all just laughed when we saw it and one buddy said, "It's not like we all haven't seen a hard on before. There is nothing I can do about it so whatever." When I was in high school instead of buying new briefs I just took my older brothers old pairs they didn't fit in anymore and wore them. A buddy of mine switched to boxer briefs and was going to throw out his briefs so I asked him to give them to me. I have about 20 pairs of different brands of tighty whities from other guys that are perfectly wearable but some of my buddies were grossed out by the thought of wearing another guys clean briefs. I don't see the issue. They are in good condition and not getting any use so why throw them out when someone else can benefit from them. Do other guys think its gross to wear another guys briefs? Why or why not?

I didn't talk to my father about any of the uncomfortable topics surrounding puberty or sex when I was a teenager. What I learned came from male friends and their brothers but I wish I would have talked to my dad so he could tell me things without me having to ask. Did any guys have "the talk" with their dads?
