Is everyone sick of the ridiculous opposition to tha AZ law?

As each day goes by they realize that the law is in fact Constitutional. People who claim it is not are either uneducated or deliberately trying to further a political agenda. No amount of whimpering, mexican flag waving, or loud mouthed emotionalism will change the strength of this patriotic law.

This attorney is no stranger to opposition, he has helped us out here in Cally about 3 years ago maybe 5 when a city tried to stop the managers from renting to illegals there. He is a fighter. The ACLU and THE SOUTHERN LAW POVERTY CENTER are paid from La Raza and the hollywood folks, George Soros and the like it is damn hard to fight these sob's. Even the Sierra Club wont go clean up the border from the illegals cause they got ORDERS not to get involved from a BIG DONOR. I have called a million times to Cal and Wash DC they are a bunch of nobodys getting money to do what?

This time with the elections here it is front and center. Bottom line for me is enforce our laws that have never been enforced.

If you take a look at Mexico, they have army on there southern border, and any dept of law can take you to jail and if you are broke GOD HELP U

Yes! But the law is only redundant. Where is ICE? All of you Americans have to constantly write to Obama and Congress to enforce US Code 8 and tell them to stop using this crap that we are all from immigrants. Being anti-illegal immigrant is not anti-legal immigrant. If anyone who is really racist or prejudice then it is the illegal immigrants along with their criminal/terrorist elements.

    Additional Comment:

    Ocularnervosa,

The 14 Amendment was further refined by US Code 8. US Code 8 states that in order to be a US Citizen born in the United States, one of the child’s parents must be a US Citizen. If both parents are non-US Citizens and their child was born in the United States then that child is not an automatic US Citizen. The term “anchor babies” does not exist under US law. The laws are fair and just that does not need to be challenged or changed.

All non-US Citizens must get permission from the federal government to enter, live, work, travel, and study in the United States. This is in accordance with US Code 8. If they are here without permission then they are illegal immigrants and are breaking the law.

Also, all law enforcement agencies (local, county, state, and federal) took an oath to uphold the laws of the United States and swore with the “So Help Me God” clause. This means they always had the authority to capture and detain illegal immigrants along with detaining them until ICE comes along and deports them.

The bottom line is that the federal government broke the law for not enforcing US laws. They are taking their marching orders from big business and neo-Nazi special interest groups.

I live in phoenix - so YES absolutely. Especially opposition from cities that dont have immigration problems like we do. I noticed Al Sharpton was staying in a nice hotel here and not Guadalupe. A boycott is ridiculous during a recession and they are hurting the people they claim to want to help. Who do they think takes care of our resorts, sports arenas, and convention centers?

On the other hand, i feel bad for the legal hispanic immigrants here that are being played by politicians like Phil Gordon for a vote or personal agenda. I wish they would direct their (understandable) frustration at the ones breaking the laws, not the ones trying to enforce it.

My husband just got his permanent residency by going back to mexico and filing at the consulate and waiting like he was supposed to. He had been here illegally for 11 years and went back to process the right way. He thinks that anyone else should accept the consequences of their actions take a chance and go back like he did. There are ways to come back legally if they just go through the process. He did this voluntarily. He accepted the fact that yes he was a CRIMINAL because he broke the law but hes back and legal with his wife and kids and wants to become a US citizen. He is embarrassed that all of these rallies are going on when there are already laws to make it possible to remain here after you exit. It upsetting to think that your family is going to be separated and being that i was in same situation i know its hard and its not easy but isn't impossible. He doesn't go to these rallies and even as an illegal alien he didn't support them. JUST ACCEPT THE CONSEQUENCES OF YOUR ACTIONS!!!

Chuck Schumer even contacted our Gov. and asked her to delay instituting the law for one year so he could work on passing CIR.
