Who makes the best soup in the world from scratch?

I mean if their were an olympics for soup who would win every year? Who makes soups so good that people will drive 100 miles because it is just that good? Who makes soup that people will stand in line outside for hours in the poring rain just for a shot at getting a bowl? Im not looking for a recipe or some amazing restaurant you went to on vacation, or one brand over another. I want to know if their is a person famous for making soup. It could be in a big city or small town, in any country in the world, but someone out their has to be dub-ed the best soup maker in the world. I would also like to think that the best soup maker in the world make all kinds of soup not just one good recipe.
