How do you unwind after a long, nightmarish, chaotic day at work?

    I have to find something where I can complete let my brain melt! I generally watch tv. I disconnect myself from the "outside world" I make a bag of popcorn and i watch tv. Sometimes for like hours. Some people don't like TV so they'll read. Or do something that is relaxing to them-my mom gardens...
