It shouldn't. Go to Control Panel - Programs and Features. Click on any flash player you see in the list and then click Uninstall. Let it finish, reboot your computer ans then install it from adobe.com

It actually requires you to shut down every internet browser in any operating system. Flash is a required plug-in and rebooting the internet completely is then only way to see results

Run windows update in your control panel, to make sure you have the latest framework.
This will correct this problem.
