how can i use remote play for ps3 with my pc without using a psp?

i have a laptop and a ps3. i want to play the ps3 on my laptop without having to buy anything. i came across the remote play feature that is available to people who own a hacked psp so they can play ps3 on their laptop, but i don't own a psp, so how can i use this feature without a psp?

    its not possible with any laptop, only with certain VAIO laptops that are yet to be launched by sony
