I'm learning Objective C and I wanted to make a super simple program for some practice. I get the error message "no getter method for read from property." What can I do to fix this? Here's my program so far:

I want to upgrade to an SSD, but I don't know much about them other than they don't have moving parts and they are quite a bit faster than the traditional hard drive. What is the best SSD for a Macbook Pro? and for the price? I would prefer to spend less than $200 but I have some leeway with that. I heard the Crucial M4 was a good drive, but I read a review on it that said there were some firmware issues with it. I'm not sure I understand that... doesn't the drive just run the operating system? Anyway, thanks in advance for you help.

I'm trying to set up a media server using an old hp laptop running windows vista. the computer itself works fine and can connect to the internet and see the other windows computers on the network, but my macbook pro running osx lion cannot see the hp laptop, and the hp laptop cannot see my macbook pro. i have file sharing enabled on both the mac and the pc, and i have smb sharing enabled on my mac, so i'm not sure what's going on. my mac can see the other windows computers on the network as well, it just can't see the particular hp laptop that i am trying to connect to. some assistance and a detailed explanation would be very much appreciated. thanks in advance

I hooked my brand new macbook pro up to an external monitor, but then the internal monitor of the macbook pro turned off. i can't turn it back on, and i need some help fixing this problem. i googled the problem and it only came up with people trying to turn the screen off, but i want it on again. please help me

i just got a macbook pro 13 inch (OSX 10.7.2), and i plugged in the mini display port to gain some extra desktop space, but when i plugged it in, the display on the laptop turned off, and whenever i unplug the display cable the mac turns off, so now i can only use the external monitor (samsung syncmaster b2330), so i am wondering how i can have both of them on at the same time... that and have it so that i can unplug the cable and be able to actually use the laptop. i would really appreciate some help.

hey so i want to light a little 3v LED light with a power supply coming from the wall. i have a 6v remote control car charger that i can plug into the wall. its input is AC 120v 60Hz and 4.5w. Its output is DC 6v 200mA. if it helps, it's supposed to charge a Ni-Cd battery. thanks!

hey so i've been looking around at some of these programs that put all of your social networks and emails in one place. I've tried digsby, but i didn't like it very much. what is the best service (either online or installed on a windows computer) that will let me send and recieve emails from multiple accounts, get my facebook stream, chat on facebook, and send/recieve facebook messages, get twitter stream (optional). I just want one place for everything, so i don't have to switch windows as often.

ok, so i just installed linux 10.04 on my hp laptop that has an nvidia geforce 8200m graphics card. the dual monitor setup works great when i don't have the driver activated, but when i do have it activated, it says that my graphics card won't support a dual monitor setup. i'm kind of confused, and i really want this to work so that i can have 3d graphics. please help me!!!

i made a dual boot on my computer between windows vista and linux ubuntu 10.04. i can have two monitors on vista, but when i try to do it on linux, it doesn't work. it says my driver doesn't support it, so where can i get the driver that can let me do this?

i would also like a larger partition of linux because i only have 10 gb for linux. i tried doing this in gparted and in the vista computer management program, but neither of them will let me touch the linux partition or change it in any way. how do you do it?

so i've been running alot this year, and i've noticed that my right ankle "cracks" or "pops" often when i'm running. it occurs at the back of my ankle (very near the Achilles tendon). this has gone on for about 4 to 5 months. today i noticed that my right calf hurt on my 7.5 mile run. it was tight, and my ankle was "popping" also. about an hour after my run, my ankle started to hurt, so i tried massaging my ankle and my calf, but that didn't help. i'm noticing my ankle when i walk now, so it's kind of worrying me. i'm on a cross country team, so i've been running about 6 or 7 miles per day since the beginning of june, and before that i was on the track team. do you have any ideas on what the problem is (if there is one) and do you have a way to fix it? i'm going to ice it tonight.

i'm looking for a really really cheap computer monitor (around $50 give or take a few). i would like it to be in the 20 inch range, and it should be flat (not those gigantic old computer monitors that took up your entire desk). a dvi or hdmi port would be another thing that should be on it (i don't want only vga). thanks alot!

this might be a stupid question, but on google voice, do you need a google number for the google voice-mail feature to work, or will the voice-mails sent to my verizon phone automatically go to google voice?

so i have a jailbroken iPod touch 2g (redsn0w) running 3.1.3 firmware. for the past few months i've had some problems with it randomly turning off when it's in lock mode, and when i go to turn it back on, it is unresponsive, so i have to reboot it by holding down the power button and the home button. when it eventually turns back on (it takes much longer rebooting when this happens than turning it back on when it's normal) the battery life (starting from a full charge) can be anywhere from 50% to 0%. i have re-jailbroken it several times with different jailbreaking programs (blackra1n and spirit) and have even uninstalled winterboard and a few other programs i had gotten from cydia, but it didn't help at all. it happened to me when i was running 3.1.2 also. my friend has a jailbroken ipod touch running 3.1.2, but it doesn't happen to him. i need help!!! i'm running out of ideas...

is there a case or something that you could use to get 3g on your ipod touch 2nd generation so you could make Voip calls and send emails and stuff like that without wifi? would it be worth switching from a verizon cell plan to a skype plan and use my ipod touch as a 3g cellphone with a skype number? what would be the price difference? could you save any money?

i want to play ps3 on my laptop using a usb port

i have a laptop and a ps3. i want to play the ps3 on my laptop without having to buy anything. i came across the remote play feature that is available to people who own a hacked psp so they can play ps3 on their laptop, but i don't own a psp, so how can i use this feature without a psp?

I know this might be a stupid question, but i think (along with many other people) getting a macbook pro would be really cool. The problem is, i have no money. But i would be willing to review the computer on youtube and promote the company to the best of my ability. So how would i go about asking the company? And where should i address the email to?
