You would be much better off actually drinking the wine than using it as a rectum gargle. I would recommend you steer clear of enemas altogether. If you are eating a nutrient dense diet with plenty of fresh produce, then your GI tract should not have any problem moving things along and staying relatively "clean."
Since you are posting in the booze section, however, I'm guessing you are hoping to use it for maximum inebriation by bypassing the stomach and colon. This is potentially lethal (as is drinking), since unless you are very fastidious about dosage and overseeing the process, alcohol poisoning can result and is much more likely than if you ingest the beverage orally. See link - generally I dislike sensationalism, but you should be aware of potential consequences.
Additionally, unless you are an experienced colonic specialist (guessing by your posting on here you are an amateur), you risk other complications such as rupturing, anal tearing, and electrolyte imbalances to name but a few.
