Laptop cooling mat stopped working with laptop?
I have a Targus laptop cooling mat that's worked fine for about 8 months. All of a sudden it stops working on my Windows 7 laptop. I tried all of the USB ports, fiddled with the switch, etc and I can't get it to work on the laptop. Interestingly I have an ipod outlet converter that connects to USB. I plugged my mat into the outlet converter and it works fine. All of my USB ports work fine, I tested them with an external hard drive. I even changed from Windows 7 to Linux and I can't get the thing to work. Anyone have ideas? I havn't fiddled with the BIOS yet, maybe Plug & Play got turned off?

have look in device manager to see if there any conflicts when the mat is plugged in, if so maybe updating driver for the port, if not, its broken and i would of tht it was still under warranty

whether that's a sparkling computing device they're geared up to final & probably will stand up to the warmth I have been given one for my computing device, a decrease priced one yet one it fell & that exchange into it. Very fragile. i don't be attentive to on the subject of the laptop cooler. examine E-Bay & there are 100s/hundreds from stable known companies.
