Navigation bar and file/view/help toolbar is missing on Firefox?

I'm running a PC on Vista.

All of my navigation and other options have disappeared in Firefox. I can't even find the option to enable the navigation bar.

From top to bottom I have:

Bookmarks

Tabs

Main Window

Status Bar

The two most important sections are missing: Navigation Bar and the bar that has File, View, Edit, Help, etc. I've tried going through the Control Panel, right clicking the icon, right clicking the program in the start menu, right clicking the window on the taskbar, etc.

The default toolbar buttons should now appear in their default locations.
